About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and contribute to the success of its retail locations. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping a memorable experience, and contribute through customer interactions, process ideas and improvements, and special projects. The role involves demonstrating product knowledge, providing style advice, anticipating customer and team needs, and helping foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
