About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and contribute to the success of its retail locations. Advisors represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, help customers shop for glasses, offer product and style guidance, and support improvements to retail processes and the shopping experience. They also anticipate the needs of customers and teammates and help foster an inclusive culture.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including responding quickly to unexpected situations.
Positive, team-oriented approach and ability to lead by example.
Effective communication with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Interest in fashion and technology.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
