About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s values and brand philosophy in its retail locations. The role has a direct impact on retail success through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. Sales Advisors help make glasses shopping an exceptional experience by sharing product knowledge, offering style advice, and supporting customers and teammates.
