About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers at the Mall at Millenia location. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand on the sales floor, help customers find products and styles, and contribute to improving the retail and glasses-shopping experience. The role also involves supporting teammates, anticipating customer and team needs, and helping foster an inclusive environment. Sales Advisors have a direct impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process improvement ideas, and special projects.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Proactive, adaptable problem-solving skills, including the ability to react quickly in unexpected situations.
• Positive team-player attitude and ability to lead by example.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
