About The Position

Communicate with customers to realize sales revenue and provide technical support. Implement marketing strategies and activities to support sales revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in sales or customer service activities
  • Self Motivated

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Enter all Purchase Orders into QuickBooks and confirm accuracy
  • Confirm all shipping methods and communicate tracking numbers
  • Work with Shipping to make sure all orders are on time
  • Update dates in QuickBooks when shipping changes
  • Monitor online orders and online store
  • Monitor online RFQs and allocate to correct Sales Rep
  • Take meeting minutes at Sales Meeting
  • Maintain the accuracy of all items & services in ERP and CRM system, especially pricing
  • Work with production manager to ensure all inventory is correct in the system
  • Communicate Quality topics to customers
  • Preparing, shipping and tracking all samples
