About The Position

Reporting to the Facility General Manager, the Sales Administrator supports both the sales and administrative functions. This role adapts to business needs, prioritizing tasks across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • 0 3 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or sales
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Handle counter and phone sales
  • Create and process invoices
  • Enter shipping and receiving documentation
  • Perform data entry for quotes and orders
  • Provide customer service and follow up on inquiries
  • Source materials as required
  • Manage daily deposits
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
