About The Position

The Sales Administrator-CPG/Foodservice supports CPG and Foodservice customers by keeping orders accurate and moving from entry through delivery. The role exists to protect service levels, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales, Demand, and Logistics. Key responsibilities include order entry and follow-through; reviewing inventory; monitoring promotional allowances and pricing; responding to customer questions; processing complaints and documenting resolution; and coordinating with internal teams, brokers, and customer portals.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and/or 3+ years in customer service, order management, sales support, or related work
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional, accurate documentation
• Solid math skills for invoices, pricing, payments, and inventory
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel; comfortable with databases
