About The Position

This temporary role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year. The assignment is for up to 6 months with full-time hours, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime required. Employees work a hybrid schedule, collaborating remotely using video and screen sharing technology. Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Group health insurance experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

  • Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
  • Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
