About The Position

We are seeking a self-starter committed to delivering a high-level of customer service. The candidate will be based out of our corporate offices in Ronkonkoma, NY and will support our customer base within the US, North America and globally.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Customer Service experience - 2+ years
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized
  • Motivated Self-Starter
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and Access

  • English Spanish speaking preferred

Responsibilities

  • Issue customer return authorization numbers
  • Process orders for repairs as well as new orders
  • Generate paper orders and file
  • Supply required shipping documentation for orders
  • Perform Customer Order tracking
  • Review and update database of repairs and field service activities
  • Responsible for order invoicing
  • Credit card processing
  • Issue customer quotations for spare parts and repairs
  • Email and phone communication with customers, internal support staff and subsidiaries
  • Provide coverage as necessary to answer incoming customer calls
  • Other clerical duties as required to support our business activities and customer base
