Essential Functions: Managing Salesforce data. Maintain, create, and run multiple reports (Weekly, quarterly, yearly as well as other requested reports) as required by sales/estimating. Receive and enter all bidding correspondence from sales email/fax/Molin info email. Set up commercial and residential jobs. Update internal/external contacts. Process all change orders through salesforce. Process all job cancellations as needed. Close out projects such as lost bids, expired bids, jobs, etc. Backup to Receptionist includes answering phones, greeting customers, daily tasks. Additional duties as assigned by the V.P of Sales & Marketing and Estimating Manager. Education and Experience: High school degree with at least 2-3 years’ experience in administration role; or 2-year business degree. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) Experience in Salesforce, EliPlan, Adobe and/or Bluebeam desired but not required. Ability to comprehend contracts. Outstanding customer service skills Team player, Dependable Strong organizational abilities Time management Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Initiative and problem-solving skills Construction background desired but not required. General knowledge of reading specification and general plans. Pay & Benefits: Pay for this position is estimated to range from $22-24/hr depending on the experience, certifications, and qualifications of the applicant.
