About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrative Clerk to support our Administration, Finance & Insurance, Accounting, and Finance teams in Guam. This role is responsible for handling administrative and clerical functions related to vehicle sales, financial documentation, reconciliations, and reporting. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Valid Guam Driver’s License required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and financial information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting or administrative systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vehicle deal files, invoices, registrations, and related sales documentation
  • Prepare deposits, reconcile records, and assist with audits and monthly reporting activities
  • Support Finance & Insurance operations including product reconciliations and cancellations
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and assist with inventory counts and administrative supply tracking
  • Batch and organize bank documents for deal funding and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support across departments and assist with coverage during staff absences
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
