About The Position

The Maintenance Admin Clerk is responsible for researching source documents, preparing simple reports, and developing and maintaining positive working relationships with job site personnel, co-workers, and project management. This role involves responding to assigned queries correctly and efficiently, communicating in a timely manner, and completing special projects as required by the manager. General office skills are essential for this position.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP required.
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Maintenance Admin Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers).
  • Deadline driven.

Responsibilities

  • Research source documents and prepare simple reports.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.
  • Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicate in a timely manner.
  • Complete special projects as required by manager.
