About The Position
The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Maintenance Department. This role involves maintaining organized records, managing inventory, processing paperwork, and assisting the maintenance team with various clerical and administrative tasks. The position operates in a professional office environment located at an airport, which can be noisy. Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows operating system
- Experience in Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Accuracy

- Comfortable in Excel
- Has basic accounting/administrative experience

Responsibilities
- Maintain organized purchase records
- Receive and stock ordered parts
- Prepare shipments
- Update inventory management software
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory
- Accurately enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance management software
- Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks
- Book travel for employees and others upon request
- Answer phones
- Assist with paperwork processing
- Provide customer service requests as needed
- Assist in any general office duties as needed
