The Sales Activator Manager is responsible for leading all Sales Activators within the region to ensure RBDC strategy is executed to win versus competition and drive long-term sales in large format accounts. This role involves developing and tracking performance measures for direct reports, creating market solutions using an analytical selling approach and market data, and maintaining positive working relationships with senior-level chain contacts, RBNA contacts, and sales and administrative staff.
