About The Position

The Wheel Group (TWG) is continuing to expand and is looking for a strategic, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager (SAM) to join their growing team. TWG has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the automotive aftermarket industry with 14 leading brands across wheels, tires, and accessories. As they continue building stronger partnerships across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, they are looking for top talent who wants to grow with them and make a real impact. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, driving revenue, and creating long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket, specifically around wheels and tires, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Serve as the technical expert to help accounts make a wheel, tire, or accessory sale by helping them find the best wheel for their customer's desired style and fitment.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and account updates.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients, adding value to their accounts.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are aligned with client goals.
  • Effectively communicate with customers at all levels, negotiate deals, and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain an understanding of profit margins as they relate to the TWG product portfolio and how to maximize standard margins for assigned book of business.
