About The Position

The Wheel Group (TWG) is a rapidly expanding company in the automotive aftermarket industry, boasting 14 leading brands across wheels, tires, and accessories. We are seeking a strategic, driven, and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager (SAM) to join our team. As we strengthen partnerships across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, we are looking for talented individuals who are eager to grow with us and make a significant impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, driving revenue, and fostering long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket, specifically around wheels and tires, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Act as a technical expert to assist clients in making wheel, tire, or accessory sales by identifying the best product for their customer's desired style and fitment.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and account updates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients to add value to their accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client expectations are met and deliverables align with client goals.
  • Communicate effectively with customers at all levels, negotiate deals, and promptly resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain an understanding of profit margins within the TWG product portfolio and strategies to maximize standard margins for the assigned book of business.
