As part of this initiative Qorvo is seeking a results-driven and energetic Growth Expansion Manager (GEM) to join our Americas sales team. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth from non-Core and emerging accounts, developing new customers and applications, and building the pipeline that fuels future Core accounts. The role is focused on uncovering new opportunities, attacking new growth vectors and systematically expanding Qorvo’s footprint across the long tail of customers. The GEM operates across a broad territory and customer base, leads sales execution directly, through sales reps, business units and channel partners. Success is by measured by region’s growth, with specific focus on new customers, opportunities and development of tomorrow’s Core accounts, not just maintaining an existing base business. The role requires speed of action, hunger to win and grow, complete ownership mentality, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, complete ownership mentality exceptional sales discipline and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver results. This is a remote role that can be based in CA, WA, OR, or CO.
