About The Position

Sensient Technologies is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Trainee to join their high-performing sales team in North America. This role offers an in-depth rotational learning experience in sweet, beverage, and savory applications, with guidance from a mentor. Upon completion of the training program, the trainee will transition into a Sales Account Manager role with ownership of a sales territory. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related discipline, or direct lab or other industry relevant experience.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Passion, drive to succeed, and eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative and results-driven sales team.
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Participate in an in-depth rotational learning experience in sweet, beverage, and savory application in various key departments.
Receive guidance from a mentor to learn and develop into a successful Salesperson.
