The Sales Account Manager - Trainee position prepares individuals to join this successful team. Requirements

  • Ideally, a bachelor's degree in a science or business-related discipline or possess direct lab or other industry relevant experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with training taking place in Hoffman Estates, IL.
  • Willingness to relocate after successfully completing the program to manage an assigned sales territory in the United States.
  • Possess passion, drive to succeed, and eagerness to grow within an entrepreneurial, innovative, and results-driven sales team.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in an in-depth rotational learning experience in the fields of sweet, beverage, and savory application in various key departments.
  • Receive exceptional guidance from a mentor to navigate, learn, and develop into a successful Salesperson.
  • Upon completion of training, transition into a Sales Account Manager role with ownership over a sales territory and responsibility to manage and grow the business.
