Sensient Technologies is seeking a Sales Account Manager for Food Colors. This role involves building customer relationships, driving territory sales growth, and partnering with internal teams to deliver customer solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel within territory approximately 4 days per week with frequent overnight travel.
  • Considerable time spent at various customer site locations throughout territory.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Technical Experience helpful, but not required.
  • No sales experience required.
  • Drive to win, curious mind, and lead with empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive territory sales growth.
  • Execute territory and account plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and key account development.
  • Partner with Technical, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver customer solutions and support new business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
  • Manage territory expenses, ensure policy compliance, and continuously improve customer service and business growth.
