As an Account Executive for our Point of Care (POC) franchise, you will be responsible for total account management and selling the full Roche Point of Care portfolio. This role requires positioning differentiated Molecular POC technology and IT connectivity solutions across the Integrated Health Network (IHN) continuum of care, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient environments. You will drive business growth by conducting high-impact presentations and workflow analyses that align our solutions with unique customer needs and shifting healthcare trends. The position involves generating new customer demand within the IHN segment, penetrating complex and large IHN accounts to gain access to key decision-makers, and translating customer needs into internal actions while balancing business priorities and financial goals. You will develop and execute territory-specific strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, utilize outcomes from analyses to provide competitive differentiation, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal colleagues and industry organizations.
