About The Position

We're seeking a motivated IT Staffing Sales Executive to drive business growth throughout the Hampton Roads market. In this role, you'll identify and secure new client partnerships, develop staffing opportunities, and help organizations meet their technology talent needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who excels at relationship building, business development, and consultative selling.

Requirements

2-3 Years in business development and client relationship management.
Experience in IT staffing, technology recruiting, or workforce solutions sales preferred.
Understanding of technology roles, hiring trends, and workforce planning challenges.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to identify client needs and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and expand market share within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, IT leaders, HR professionals, and key business stakeholders.
Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified staffing opportunities.
Meet revenue goals through proactive prospecting, client engagement, and solution-based sales.
Conduct regular client meetings, both onsite and virtually.
Identify organizations with current and future IT hiring needs.
Consult with clients to understand workforce challenges and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to present qualified candidates and ensure successful placements.
Sell contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire IT staffing services.
Stay informed on local hiring trends, technology demands, and workforce market conditions.
