About The Position

Midwest Dippin’ Dots is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Account Executive to grow business through strong customer relationships and consistent sales execution. The ideal candidate enjoys prospecting, building trust with clients, and creating opportunities from the first conversation to the closed deal. This role requires taking ownership of a territory, staying organized, and thriving in a fast-paced environment where customer service and follow-through are paramount. At Midwest Dippin’ Dots, you will join a growing business with opportunities for advancement, development, and hands-on experience across sales, events, and customer engagement. The team works collaboratively, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering excellent service while having fun.

Requirements

  • Previous outside sales experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
  • Comfortable managing relationships independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Comfortable occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the territory as needed, including occasional overnight travel.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
  • Sales training experience.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A willingness to help grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Growing and maintaining customer accounts throughout the assigned territory.
  • Proactively prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Following up on leads and closing sales opportunities.
  • Ensuring customers receive excellent service and support.
  • Managing customer information and order entry within the CRM system.
  • Coordinating with internal teams regarding pricing, account balances, and customer needs.
  • Assisting with freezer setups, displays, and promotional materials.
  • Occasional product deliveries.
  • Supporting event setup activities.
  • Representing Midwest Dippin’ Dots at trade shows and customer events throughout the region.
