About The Position

Join a High-Growth Sales Team. The Bureau produces Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami Swim Week, and Dallas, partnering with emerging and established fashion designers, luxury brands, exhibitors, and sponsors from around the world. We're looking for ambitious Account Executives who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and closing business. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with significant earning potential. We invest heavily in driving qualified demand through paid advertising, public relations, social media, referrals, and organic marketing. Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients. You'll also execute targeted outbound prospecting (approximately 10%) to build relationships with high-fit designers, luxury brands, and sponsors while creating additional opportunities. You'll own the entire sales process from first conversation through signed agreement.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to qualified inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand each client's goals.
  • Recommend the right Fashion Week opportunities across our event portfolio.
  • Negotiate and close agreements.
  • Deliver a seamless handoff to onboarding.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline within HubSpot.
  • Follow up consistently across phone, email, text, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and production to deliver an exceptional client experience.
