As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of building meaningful customer relationships and driving business growth. This role combines strategic account management, consultative selling, and new business development to deliver exceptional customer experiences and results. You'll partner closely with customers to understand their needs, provide innovative portrait solutions, and identify opportunities that deepen relationships, increase revenue, and create long-term value. Your success will directly contribute to customer retention, market growth, and overall business performance.

Requirements

2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Valid U.S. driver's license and access to a dependable, insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts by building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, conducting business reviews, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Execute the full account management process, including rebooking accounts, confirming program details, preparing sales agreements, accurately maintaining customer data in Salesforce, and ensuring successful program delivery.
Partner closely with Account Specialists, Photography, and Operations teams to proactively resolve customer concerns and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within an assigned territory to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Promote and sell the full portfolio of Lifetouch products and programs, including Picture Day, Yearbook, Commencements, Sports, and related offerings.
Build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including school and district administrators, principals, parent organizations, yearbook advisors, coaches, athletic directors, and student groups.
Utilize Salesforce, Highspot, and other sales tools to manage pipeline activity, document customer interactions, plan sales routes, and achieve activity and performance goals.
Participate in training, sales meetings, and ongoing professional development while maintaining awareness of industry trends, competitive activity, and market changes.
Communicate regularly with leadership regarding performance, opportunities, and challenges while maintaining a strong field presence through in-person customer visits.
Represent Lifetouch professionally at all times while ensuring the confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information and adhering to all company policies and standards.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
