We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support sales growth through account management, prospecting, trade show support, and customer relationship development. Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account coordination preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Comfortable prospecting and developing new business
• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and customer meetings. Travel may be local, in Canada or internationally - driver's license and passport are required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tools, hardware, industrial, or distribution industries is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Support and manage small to mid-sized customer accounts
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Assist with customer follow-ups, quotations, and product inquiries
• Support outside sales initiatives and account growth strategies
• Coordinate and assist with trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers
• Work closely with the sales team on growth opportunities and territory support
• Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and sales administration
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
