The successful candidate for this role will oversee pre- and post-sale activities and processes for Gooding Christie’s auctions and private sales, as well as assist specialists with managing client relationships through comprehensive administrative support. The duties are varied and follow the cycle of the auction calendar, in addition to supporting broader departmental activity. In addition, the function of this role is to act as the project manager for the execution of sales by monitoring and tracking all activities and elements related to property for sale. The Sale Coordinator manages all sale-related deadlines and processes, as well as client documentation and charges, ensuring accuracy and proper reflection in internal systems. The Coordinator also acts as a client liaison, as appropriate, to gather and distribute consignment and property-related information.
