About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership role for a true floor operator — not a passive manager position. We are seeking a Salaried Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and support the opening of this exciting new restaurant. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a hands-on leader on the floor. We are opening a high-energy concept and hiring a Salaried Manager to help lead daily operations, drive guest experience, and build a strong team culture from day one. The right candidate will bring strong operational awareness, leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality while helping build a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • Strong ability to lead busy shifts from the floor
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and team leadership
  • Comfortable with scheduling, systems, and day-to-day execution
  • A hands-on leader who works the floor — not the sidelines
  • High energy, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communicator who can lead and motivate a team
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Takes pride in running great shifts and building strong teams
