About The Position

Trolley House Refreshments, the convenience services division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is seeking a Salad & Sandwich Maker. We provide customized snack, beverage, and fresh food solutions to various locations in the Richmond and Hampton Roads regions. Requirements

Morning person, likes to start the day before sunrise.

Believes that being on time means arriving five minutes early.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts and package them for retail sale.
Organize packaged food items and place in staging area for drivers to pick up and deliver.
Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
