About The Position

Trolley House Refreshments, the convenience services division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is seeking a Salad & Sandwich Maker for their Richmond location. This role is responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling salads, sandwiches, sides, and desserts, packaging them for retail sale, and organizing them for delivery. The position also involves cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas, ensuring all food products are properly covered, labeled, dated, and stored according to food safety rules. Responsibilities

Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, cutting, grinding, weighing, and mixing.
Assemble salads, sandwiches, sides and desserts and package them for retail sale.
Organize packaged food items and place in staging area for drivers to pick up and deliver.
Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
