About The Position

The SAHPR Program Administrative Assistant supports the development, review, and maintenance of SAHPR policies, procedures, guidance documents, SOPs, and FAQs. The role conducts research and analysis to inform policy updates, performs rigorous editorial reviews for clarity, consistency, and compliance with NSF Office of the Director practices, and assists in drafting responses and materials for diverse audiences. The position ensures sensitive topics are handled with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion while maintaining alignment with NSF policy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting policy or compliance programs
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills
  • Familiarity with federal policy documentation practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive subject matter professionally
  • Public Trust clearance eligibility
  • US CITIZENSHIP is Required
