The Credit Analyst I is primarily responsible for partnering with Portfolio Managers, supporting the daily duties of underwriting and monitoring credit while performing analytical tasks as needed. In addition, a successful Credit Analyst I will be able to prepare documents and utilize various reporting tools to identify portfolio management activities and make recommendations to Portfolio Managers. The Credit Analyst I is knowledgeable on financial and risk analysis and demonstrates proficiency in financial modeling. Critical thinking skills are required for a Credit Analyst I, in addition to flexibility, a desire to learn, and an ability to work with numerous internal partners and build relationships. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
