Whether you’re training teams, reviewing job hazards, or stepping in with “stop work” authority when needed, you’ll be the trusted guide who helps us keep safety first, always.

Requirements

• An associate degree in Industrial/Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of safety experience
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance

Nice To Haves

• A B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health (or related field) with 6+ years of experience
• Background in Industrial Hygiene discipline
• A proactive approach to identifying risks and creating practical, people-first solutions
• Strong communication skills to train, influence, and inspire teams to live safety every day
• Currently holding an active Q-level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant personnel and contractors to spot, evaluate, and control workplace hazards.
• Lead safety trainings.
• Guide pre-job briefs.
• Review work procedures to make sure industrial safety requirements are baked into everything we do.
• Conduct job hazard analyses.
• Perform accident investigations.
• Handle injury reporting.
• Conduct compliance checks.
• Exercise full authority to hit pause when risks arise.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and efficient work environment.
