Safety Representative/Manager
About The Position
Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Safety Representative/Manager to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. Fisk Electric has been a leading provider of electrical systems, structured cabling, security systems, and building technology solutions since 1913. They have experience on various building types and projects including large-scale infrastructure, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical data centers. This role supports and enforces health and safety programs on assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a proactive safety culture. This full-time position is based in Mesa, Arizona, supporting large-scale construction operations, with a preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical project experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- CPR / First Aid certification required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in fast-paced field environments
Nice To Haves
- Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred
- CHST certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs
- Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
- Assist with incident investigations and reporting
- Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation
- Provide onboarding and safety training
- Track certifications and training records
- Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Ensure proper use of PPE
- Collaborate with project teams and leadership
- Promote a safety-first culture
