We are looking for a Safety & Quality Administrator to join our team for a summer term. This role plays an important part in supporting our Quality & Safety function by ensuring data is accurately captured, organized, and reported. You’ll work closely with internal teams to validate information from the shop floor, maintain documentation, and provide insights that support continuous improvement and informed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable collaborating with a variety of team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working with data entry, data analysis, or administrative processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to analyze data and identify patterns or trends
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively
  • Clear communication skills and confidence interacting with both shop floor employees and leadership
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain quality and safety data from multiple sources into internal systems
  • Review and validate information from the shop floor to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Scan, file, and manage documentation related to quality and safety programs
  • Analyze data trends and assist in preparing reports using tools such as Excel or Power BI
  • Support document control activities, including tracking revisions and removing outdated documents
  • Assist with quality reporting by compiling and distributing information to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data inputs and clarify discrepancies
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality & Safety team as needed
