Safety & Office Coordinator

Lennox International•Hamilton, OH

About The Position

The Safety & Office Coordinator supports Lennox’s manufacturing and warehouse facility in Hamilton, Ohio. The position reports to the Ohio Plant Manager and takes direction on safety matters from the EHS Leader, based in New York. The role coordinates safety-program activities and records, including inspections, training records, safety files, incident documentation, and corrective-action follow-up. It is focused on coordination and recordkeeping rather than engineering; technical assessments and regulatory determinations remain with the EHS Leader and other qualified personnel. The position also handles shipping, billing, and customer-service administration. Office administration makes up the larger share of a typical workday, alongside regular time on the production and warehouse floor. This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility to support safety activities on other shifts as facility scheduling requires. This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a starting pay range of $20 to $26 per hour. Employees are eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week, or as otherwise required by state law. Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, benefits include tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; eight weeks of paid birthing leave; two weeks of paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance; and, depending on hire date and eligibility, up to 10 days of paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and three floating holidays per year.
