Safety & Office Coordinator

Lennox International•Hamilton, OH
•$20 - $26•Onsite

About The Position

The Safety & Office Coordinator supports Lennox’s manufacturing and warehouse facility in Hamilton, Ohio. The position reports to the Ohio Plant Manager and takes direction on safety matters from the EHS Leader, who is based in New York. The role coordinates safety-program activities and records, including inspections, training documentation, safety files, incident documentation, and corrective-action follow-up. It focuses on coordination and recordkeeping rather than engineering or technical assessments; regulatory determinations remain with the EHS Leader and other qualified personnel. The position also handles shipping, billing, and customer-service administration, which make up the larger share of a typical workday. This is an onsite role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with regular time on the production and warehouse floor. Occasional flexibility may be needed to support safety activities on other shifts. It is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting pay range of $20–$26 per hour and eligibility for overtime when working more than 40 hours in a week, or as otherwise required by state law.
