Requirements
- 3–5 years of safety experience; construction industry preferred
- Knowledgeable in OSHA standards & compliance
- Strong communicator who can coach, train, and influence, not just enforce
- Confident, approachable, and able to build trust at all levels
- Balanced, firm when needed, understanding when appropriate
- Organized, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable speaking up and partnering across teams, including leadership and employee relations
- Professional presence, respected and respectful
Responsibilities
- Lead new-hire safety orientation & company-wide safety training
- Conduct job site visits to assess safety compliance and coach field employees
- Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted resource to our teams
- Support employee relations and strengthen our safety culture
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, drive solutions
- Maintain compliance programs and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance and evolve safety programs
