About The Position
We are seeking a Safety Manager to support an electrical contractor on a Microsoft data center project where field leadership and visibility are critical to success. This is a long-term safety opportunity with excellent earning potential and project stability, scheduled to run for more than two years. The role requires a strong field presence and the ability to drive a culture of accountability and safety excellence.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 (Required)
- 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)
- Strong field engagement and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Electrical construction experience is a plus
- Data center experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily jobsite safety observations
- Perform routine field inspections and audits
- Maintain a visible presence with crews and supervisors
- Identify and communicate hazards proactively
- Support compliance with project safety requirements
- Partner with site leadership to improve safe work practices
- Help drive a culture of accountability and safety excellence
Benefits
- Per Diem: $125/day
