About The Position
We are seeking a Safety Manager to support an electrical contractor on a Microsoft data center project where field leadership and visibility are critical to success. This is a long-term safety opportunity with excellent earning potential and project stability, scheduled to run for more than two years. The role requires an experienced construction safety professional who thrives in the field.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 (Required)
- 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)
- Strong field engagement and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Electrical construction experience is a plus
- Data center experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily jobsite safety observations
- Perform routine field inspections and audits
- Maintain a visible presence with crews and supervisors
- Identify and communicate hazards proactively
- Support compliance with project safety requirements
- Partner with site leadership to improve safe work practices
- Help drive a culture of accountability and safety excellence
