About The Position

Quality Control Inspector responsible for conducting high-volume pre-shipment inspections of consumer goods, packaging, paper, printing products, and luxury bags. The role requires strong knowledge of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 AQL standards, accurate defect classification, hands-on product testing, detailed report writing, and professional communication with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of QA/QC experience
  • 2–3+ years of pre-shipment inspection experience
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 AQL sampling standards
  • Experience with finished-goods and pre-shipment inspections
  • Experience with defect classification and AQL acceptance levels
  • Experience with dimensional, functional, barcode, rub, odor, weight, carton stacking, and drop testing
  • Experience with high-volume inspection with a target of 300+ pieces per day
  • Experience with inspection reporting with photographic documentation
  • Experience with consumer goods, packaging, paper, printing, or luxury bag inspections
  • Experience with client-facing inspections and supplier-facility work
  • Ability to identify quality risks and improvement opportunities
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Professional customer-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

Benefits
