The Safety Manager has day-to-day leadership and oversight of safety operations across Agile-operated sites. This role is responsible for maintaining comprehensive safety policies and procedures, and as needed, developing and implementing new or improved safety policies and procedures. The Safety Manager ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards, and proactively identifies, mitigates, and eliminates workplace health and safety hazards. Key responsibilities include field safety supervision and conducting inspections, safety training, leading safety meetings, promoting safety awareness, and fostering a strong culture of safety among operations personnel. This position requires a highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects and competing priorities and consistently delivers results with efficiency and attention to detail. The Safety Manager will collaborate closely with Agile’s cross-functional teams, subcontractors, union crews, and vendors to address safety concerns and support operational and customer needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while ensuring a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
