About The Position

Code Red Safety specializes in placing safety professionals into large scale commercial and industrial construction and maintenance projects nationally. We are gearing up for our busy season and have a number of project openings in the northwest Indiana / Chicagoland areas and we're currently looking for LOCAL safety professionals to fill these assignments. Jobs range in duration from 3-6 months, day and nights shifts available working 50-80hrs/wk.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industrial or construction safety experience
• At least one of the following certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 500, OSHA 510, CHST, ASP or similar
• Valid FA/CPR card
• Ability to pass a drug test & background check
• Local safety professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols are followed on large scale commercial and industrial construction and maintenance projects.
• Manage safety on project sites.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Respond to safety incidents and emergencies.
