About The Position
This position is responsible for assisting management in the coordination of the daily safety and ergo responsibilities of the department by enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring JSA's and current methods are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. This position will also assist in investigations and notify the supervisor of any corrective actions while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson's policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must have three (3) points or fewer on the attendance policy and maintain three (3) points or fewer to remain in their position.
- Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible.
- Any suspension in the previous 12 months will not be considered.
- This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.

Responsibilities
