About The Position
Cadence McShane is looking for a Safety Coordinator! As a Safety Coordinator at Cadence McShane Construction, you will play a pivotal role in championing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance across construction projects, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration. Working with multiple project teams, you will conduct on-site training, implement safety programs, and drive operational excellence in adherence to federal, state, and company regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or a related field
- 4+ years’ experience in construction safety
- OSHA 30-hour training
- Full-time, in-person role at assigned jobsite or office
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License and own car required.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead site EHS programs to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
- Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
- Partner with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and monitor changes affecting project operations.
