This role exercises significant discretion and independent judgment in evaluating, developing, and implementing safety standards, and makes critical recommendations that influence business operations, including job site shutdowns and disciplinary actions. The Safety Advisor supports field staff and management by ensuring operational compliance with internal safety policies and external regulatory requirements.
