We are seeking a qualified Bilingual Administrative Specialist to join our safety team. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and work independently. Proficient in MS Office. This is an onsite position. Specific knowledge of construction management and safety documentation is a strong plus. Ability to accurately document safety project statistics is required. Ability to track safety training completions is required. Ability to create safety materials is required. Use of power point is strongly preferred. Ability to work with project staff, safety professionals and leadership is required. The primary purpose of this position is to provide strong administrative skills (calendar management, maintaining inventory and organization throughout the office). Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, over the phone and in person. Desire to learn construction management terminology and processes.
