About The Position

The SAC Coordinator (Part-Time) at the Stateline Family YMCA is responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing high-quality, engaging activities for school-aged youth (grades K-5) in a safe, licensed, and nurturing environment. This role involves leading, mentoring, and scheduling team members, maintaining program records and compliance, managing daily site operations, and building strong relationships with families, school staff, and the community. The ideal candidate is fun, engaging, welcoming, nurturing, punctual, reliable, and takes being a role model seriously, embodying active, healthy living standards (HEPA). They should be creative, innovative, organized, and able to thrive in a loud, active, and fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential for navigating challenging conversations, mediating conflict, and building positive relationships. The coordinator must also remain calm and adaptable in fast-moving situations.
