About The Position
This role is for a Student Assistant at Lipscomb University. The position requires a current student with Federal Work Study preferred. Responsibilities include customer service, interacting with others kindly, basic computer skills, problem-solving, effective soft skills, and assisting with facility upkeep. The role also involves conflict resolution with peers and mentors. Hours vary and may include mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends. Routine mandatory staff evaluations are required.
