About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in SaaS. The selected founder will own, build, and run a startup, with support from serial entrepreneurs and founders. The opportunity includes either a salary while building the startup through direct employment or the option to receive up to €500,000 in funding.

The founder will receive weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and help building a team through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. EWOR also provides guidance on product-market fit, sales and marketing, fundraising, and a customized personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management. Intensive coaching is provided to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100 million or more in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run a startup in a field such as SaaS.
• Undertake a customized personal development programme to improve goal, time, and energy management.
• Build a team with support from EWOR’s professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching.
• Iterate on the product toward product-market fit.
• Build a sales force or create a marketing engine, with EWOR’s support.
